ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Team Manager (Multi-Trades) plays a key leadership role in delivering integrated Hard FM services across Auckland Council’s local assets.

With a focus on seamless service and a whole-of-asset approach, you’ll be managing and inspiring a team across multiple trades, including:

  • Electrical
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Other Building maintenance

You’ll be responsible for people leadership, health and safety excellence, day to day operations, client relationship management, and helping grow the business through your expertise and initiative.

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced FM professional with a solid understanding of trades delivery – ideally with a relevant trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.

You’ve successfully managed diverse teams or complex asset portfolios and are known for being highly organized, methodical, and adept at planning work schedules.

If you’ve worked as a Facilities Coordinator or Project Manager, understand building maintenance, and preventative servicing, and have experience with systems like SAP, we’d love to hear from you!
